The App provides:
- Invoice management (create, send, reminders, overdue alerts).
- CAM scanner & OCR integration for receipts and invoices.
- PDF/document uploads & bank statement uploads.
- Data reconciliation and missing document alerts.
- Subscription-based access to premium features.
We may update, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, based on your selection, at the prices displayed in the App.
- Prices by region:
- Ireland: €9.99/month + taxes or €99.99/year + taxes
- UK: £9.99/month + taxes or £99.99/year + taxes
- USA: $9.99/month + taxes or $99.99/year + taxes
- Australia: $14.99/month + taxes or $149.99/year + taxes
- Canada: $14.99/month + taxes or $149.99/year + taxes
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
6. Data Privacy & Security
- We take your privacy seriously.
- All data is stored securely and processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
- Sensitive information (such as financial and personal data) is encrypted during transmission and storage.

7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload false or misleading financial information.

- InvozAI is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business interruption resulting from the use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
